History of "Grande Remise" services
The term Grande Remise was coined in 1955 when the chauffeur industry was regulated.
This included a special indication on the license plate and chauffeur’s licenses for drivers.
On January 1, 2010, the tourism code changed: “grande remise” drivers became “tourism vehicle chauffeurs”, today called “transport vehicle with chauffeur”.
Drivers must take a full training program before receiving their professional license. In 2019, this label of excellence was updated to ensure you get the best possible service.
